When you store with L&J Storage you can enjoy the convenience of our personalized service seven days a week. We’re here between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. all week long to make your days easy.

 

What security measures does L&J Storage take?

 

We take the security of our facility and your belongings very seriously. We have cameras at our gates to monitor who comes on and off of the grounds. Each unit is secured individually, further protecting your items. Additionally, our manager lives on the property, keeping a watchful eye on the facility, even during non-business hours.

 

Can I drive my car right up to my unit?

 

You sure can! Our units are all drive-up accessible and our aisles are wide enough to accommodate for any sized vehicle. Make loading and unloading your vehicle a breeze with this feature and never move a heavy item a long distance again!

 

How do I know what size unit is right for my project?

 

Our team is full of seasoned self storage veterans, willing and able to provide you with advice on what type and size of unit will work best for your belongings. After a short conversation, we can usually tell you what will be a perfect fit. Where is your office located?

 

You can easily find our office at 33250 US-281 North in Bulverde, Texas 78163. We’re just south of the intersection of Highway 48 and US-281, just across the road from The Home Depot and down the street from Hendrix Auto Repair. Our office is located on the property of Texas 281 RV Park, next door to the self storage facility.

 

How can I pay my bill?

 

You can pay your bill with multiple forms of payment. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. Also, you can stop by any time to pay using cash, money order, or debit card.

 

What is a resident manager?

 

A resident manager lives in an apartment located directly on the property. This provides a further layer of security, allowing our manager to keep their eye on the facility, even during non-business hours. This is just another way we provide heightened security to our tenants.
